It was a lovely area next to a bus stop.

The location was particularly good and marvelous, really close to the center of Birmingham. Places like Lightwoods House were just a short walk away from here too.

The location was marvellous and the room was exceptionally clean. It was located next to a bus stop, easy for getting around Birmingham. They gave me standard queen room with a TV and twin beds plus bathtub.

We lived with friends for 1 night. The situation in the room gives the English antiquity - quite exotic, especially an imitation of a fireplace. Spacious rooms, a bathroom. Faulty equipment. Nice staff. It's clean. Despite the fact that it is almost on the outskirts of the city, a stop close to the city 15 minutes by bus. Nearby McDonald's which works 24 hours. Beautiful neighborhood.

The Birmingham Best Inn is great if you are looking for somewhere cheap but clean and safe to stay. The rooms are a little quirky but spotless and are a reasonable size too. Don't expect high end luxury, it is quite basic but functional and seems to have been recently refurbished. With free carparking, free breakfast, friendly staff and excellent access to Birmingham city centre it is really good value for money.

There was nothing to like about this hotel, the rooms were dirty and the hotel was short staffed, the bar was not open all day and when it did open it did not have mixers, larger, or any bottled beer! Only crisps! We witnessed 4 builders ask for an alternative room and were told the hotel was full so they left. Fire alarm went of at 8am and then road work started outside our room 5 minuites later, the best thing about our stay was the people that were in our party.

The rooms were nice and cozy with carpeted floors, air conditioning, twin beds, a lovely mirror, and more amenities.

Great prices were offered by the hotel. the property was quaint and absolutely fantastic. - the staff were accommodating. - the location is convenient, with restaurants and pubs nearby. - Café Silly Sausage Cafe, located just 1 km away, was a nice surprise.

Apart from the man called David on reception I cannot find anything good to say about this hotel.

The rooms were dirty, my sister's room had towels up to the window for curtains, the carpets in the hallways were badly stained and in some parts of the hotel it also smelly. The 'restaurant' was vitually non existent the lack of seating area meant people had to queue and then to top it all the cooked breakfast was disgusting, it was cold not what was ordered and quite frankly I wouldn't have given it to a dog I can honestly say it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

This hotel was in an excellent location just off the m5 and with a continental breakfast and free parking included was a bargain. A Taxi to Birmingham new street was about £8. Right next door is a great Fish and Chip shop/restaurant where you get a discount for staying in the hotel, a McDonalds, a Mexican, a Harvester 150 yards down the road and the bus stop is right outside the door. The hotel room was not exactly the best but it had great character and was full of antique furniture, a tv, en-suite, towels, kettle, I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it if you are travelling on a budget and want to explore the surrounding area.

This place is a great spot to stay overnight, with convenient access to restaurants and pubs, including The Dog, a fantastic place to relax.

The car park was very dark, there were plenty of lights, but none worked. The room had no windows and the lighting was poor. The fire alarm went off several times in the night, due to idiots smoking in their rooms.

The location of the hotel was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. the standard twin room we stayed in had a carpeted floor and offered beautiful views of Birmingham. - the hotel is conveniently located next to two very popular eateries.
